Waterfront Trail
The Waterfront Trail passes through Petticoat Creek Park, albeit it stretches even further, spanning approximately 730 kilometers from Niagara-on-the-Lake (in southern Ontario) to the Quebec border.
All in all, it's a neat spot wherein you can take relaxing strolls, go biking, jog, or get a privileged view of the lake. Near the water mass, you'll come across geese, swans, and ducks, to the delight of all family members! You can also take several stops in your traversal to grab a bite at one of the many food trucks and restaurants.
Along the road, you'll meet swings and splash pads that kids would certainly love. On top of that, if you're a volleyball respecter, you can hit some of the courts, complete with nets! If you prefer to play it quieter, though, you can sit under a tree shade and enjoy a good reading session.
